I am so happy and proud of our Serie A players playing for Brazil because this victory takes Brazil to the second position with 21 points in the South American World Cup qualifying  table.  Paragual is ahead by 3 points. Third place is Chile. Chances for Brazil to qualify for the 2010 World Cup is becoming a reality as only the top 4 of the group auotmatically qualify.

Italian Serie A players for Brazil: AC Milan forward Kaka played 90 minutes, Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo played 90 minutes and scored a goal, FC Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar played 90 minutes,  AC Milan forward Ronaldinho played 13 minutes when substituting Elano in the 77th minute, AC Milan forward Alexandre Pato played 20 minutes when substituting Robinho in the 70th minute, AS Roma forward Julio Cesar Baptista, FC Inter forward Adriano, and Roma goalkeeper Doni did not play but were among the substitutes.

In this match there are no Serie A players for Peru.

Here is the official starting eleven lineup for BRAZIL by Coach Dunga:

Julio Cesar, Daniel Alves, Lucio, Luisao, Felipe Melo, Kleber, Elano, Gilberto Silva, Luis Fabiano, Kaka, and Robinho.

Ronaldinho, Doni, Julio Cesar Baptista, Adriano, and Pato listed in the substitute lists.

Second goal in the 27th minute, a brace from Luis Fabiano from a volleyed shot  assist by  Kleber and chesting the ball into his path..

Here comes the POM POM moment with our Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo scoring the third goal in the 64th minute after twisting and turning away from two defenders. It was AWESOME!  Wow, I am so happy, but really, really, really happy for Melo!!!!!

What makes me really happy is that KAKA was able to play the 90 minutes!  You know he has been having problems with his left foot. Though, it seems the problem might be over and means that KAKA will return to San Siro to rock big time to help AC Milan. This is another POM POM moment!!

We got to see Ronaldinho in the 77th minute when substituting Elano.  Hey, guys, at least Dinho was able to play 13 minutes.  I wish to see him at his best creating the magic moments.
