Ok, guys, get your papers and pencils.....  time to do our preview and see how Italy can stand in Europe Group 8 for the 2010 World Cup Qualifiers.

I am trusting Italy  Head Coach Marcello Lippi to deliver his promise and bring back the Champions.  Italy must win the 3 points against Montenegro.  An obstacle is that Montenegro Head Coach also want and need the 3 points to get their first victory too.

On paper, Italy is the favorite to beat Montenegro.  The difference are clear.  Let's see, are you ready?  Ok... let's hit the road...

Having said that... let's move to our match of the day MONTENEGRO - ITALY.

Let's say that in offense both teams are not presenting their top forwards for injuries.  Italy will rely on FC Juventus forward Vincenzo Iaquinta while Montenegro will rely on Fiorentina forward Stevan Jovetic.  On paper Iaquinta takes the lead considering his 2006 World Cup experience as champion.

Here is the record from Italy forward Vincenzo Iaquinta with FIFA tournaments

Wow, guys, Montenegro has not won any of their three matches!!!  They draw 2 and lost 1.
Italy have won 3 and 1 draw.
