 The morning training session was open to the press.  Sure, the focus was on the 3 new faces AS Roma defender Motta, Sampdoria forward Giampaolo Pazzini and  Genoa defender Bocchetti to see their reaction to be in the Italian National team.

As usual, the press asked Italian Head Coach Marcello Lippi why Sampdoria forward Antonio Cassano was not called up.

Italian National Team First Day Training, March 24, 2009, Coverciano -Wow, guys, here they are our Azzurri starting their WARM UP training session in Coverciano.  My heart is beating so fast just watching our Italian National Team getting ready for the match. Come on Campioni!!!!

Here is Lippi checking up the Azzurri during their training session.  You bet he is observing who is fit or not.... this is the crucial moment for our players to show their worth to be among the starting eleven formation. 

So, go guys... run, show your best effort!!!!!   PO PO PO PO PO I am already cheering for the Azzurri!!!

I just love this photo seeing the pure joy of defender Marco Motta (L) during the training. Wow, guys, you could tell Motta is enjoying being among the BIG GUYS. Motta seems like saying "Yes, I did it, I am here!!!!! ..  Here is also forward Giuseppe Rossi (R) warming  up.  Hey, guys, Rossi certainly would love to be in the starting line up for the   WC2010 qualify match Montenegro vs Italy.

PO PO PO PO POPO I love this photo seeing the whole group... just awesome.  I love the face of Chiellini jogging happily. Wow, I can see Pazzini behind Gianluca Zambrotta very concentrated on his training.  Andrea Pirlo is behind Fabio Cannavaro running  faster because his hair is flying!!!! LOL...  Just loving it guys!!!   Come on guys.,,, forza...  I  WILL MAKE LUNCH FOR MY AZZURRI!!!!!!
