Guys, the debut of former Italian Head Coach Roberto Donadoni replacing coach Edy Reja in Napoli, was saved by the running motor of Napoli forward Ezequiel Lavezzi. You bet there is much expectation from Donadoni returning to the Italian league after 9 months of the elimination from the EURO 2008. I don't even want to think about it!!!
Reggina wearing on their foreheads the clear sign of "facing relegation" failed to hold a much needed victory. Reggina the last team of the Serie A table with only 19 points needed to win to start "dreaming" with salvation. Yet, it seems Reggina loves driving beyond the speed limit and are heading so fast to the relegation!!!! Can someone give them a speed ticket???? Making matters worst for Reggina was the surprising victory from Chievo Verona beating Lazio by 3 goals!!!! Well, this result only slumped more Reggina.
For a moment, there was a light.... Reggina opened the score in the 27th minute with forward Bernardo Corradi. An assist by Francesco Cozza to Corradi shooting from the left side of the box with a left footed shot to blast Napoli goalkeeper Navarro in the center of the goal. Corradi running like crazy to celebrate the lead while Reggina fans at the Granillo believing in the miracle to get the 3 points at home. A joy for Corradi scoring his 10th goal of the season.

Let's put it this way, guys, Napoli can claim hope to resume their road to victory with this draw. Though, the challenge is next week at the San Paolo Stadium when they will welcome AC Milan. In the last 10 games Napoli has not been able to win. Sure, you could not expect miracles in a single day with Roberto Donadoni barely knowing his new players. So, bottom line guys, Lavezzi saves the debut of Donadoni..... prepare now for the Rossoneri.
The joy for Reggina lasted only 1 hour!!!! Imagine the wake up call, the cold shower, the disappointment from Reggina when conceding a goal waving good bye to the 3 points!!!!
In the 67th minute, BAAAAAMMMM a right footed shot from Napoli forward Ezequiel Lavezzi blasting Reggina goalkeeper Puggioni from the right side of the box to the top left corner!!!!

Reggina might start packing to the Serie B as next week they will play top leaders FC Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza. It will really take a miracle for Reggina to beat Inter in their home stadium.....
