Milan playing an International friendly match against Hannover 96 on Wednesday, January 21 in Germany
ItaliaHey, guys, things are back to normal in Casa Milan and it's time to prepare for the friendly match against Hannover 96 at the AWD Arena of Hannover on Wednesday, January 21. Milan resumes training today with the good news that Kaka STAYS in MILAN. Hip hip hurrah!!!!
Oh my gosh, I can imagine the joy of the rossoneri when they meet today for the afternoon training session knowing the nightmare it's over. Kaka will join as normal and guys from now on Milan cannot stop. Time to wrap up and get back to work to win the Scudetto and the UEFA Cup.

The Rossoneri will leave Milan on Wednesday morning to Germany. Let's say that it will be like "tasting the waters" on how Milan players will start the second half of the season. Besides, I think it's a good chance to test players not having enough playing opportunities.
This friendly match against Hannover 96 will be a new encounter between Milan and German football after the Emirates Cup in Dubai against Hamburger SV and before the Uefa Cup clash against Werder Bremen. Now, we are talking guys, the Werder Bremen match is what I am really focusing because Milan must win that match to reach their objective which is to win the UEFA Cup.
The promising part is that we might see the debut of Brazilian defender Thiago Silva too! I can't wait to see him play because Milan really need big help in the defense with all the injuries going on with Kaladze, Alessandro Nesta, and Senderos just getting back from injury.

A little bit about Hannover 96: It is coached by German coach Dieter Hecking, play in the Bundesliga, and they are currently in 14th place with 17 place, with a balance of 4 victories, 5 draws, and 8 defeats at the end of the first half of the Bundesliga season. Hannover will resume the season on 31 January with a home game against Schalke 04.
During the winter break the German team played two other frendlies before the
one on Wednesday evening against Milan, winning both. In the match on 10 January
Hecking's team play away to Osnabruck, who play in the Bundesliga 2, and won 3-0
thanks to goals by Rosenthal, Forssell and Schulz.
In the second friendly on
16 January, Hannover hosted German side Augsburg, and won 2-1. After the home
side went in front through Torghelle, Hecking's team answered with goals by
Stajner and Schulz.
