On Guard Roma!!!   Forza Capitano Totti...

Guys, I am happy to see Roma French forward Jérémy Menez in the starting eleven after his super performance in the match
Chievo 0 - 1 AS Roma scoring the only goal.

Captain Francesco Totti is also in commanding the Roman gladiators and a victory is what we expect.  Forza Roma!

Referee Herbert Fandel whistles the beginning of the match.

   Bet Now and win....

A familiar face in Bordeaux with former AC Milan midfielder Yoann Gourcuff.

Oh ho. in the 2nd minute, just beginning the match and Gourcuff already pressing the gladiators!  Thanks God Gourcuff misses the target when shooting from outside the box sending the ball too high!!!

Hey, hey, hey, Roma is not sleeping guys!  In the 3rd minute, forward Julio "La Bestia" Baptista with a right footed shot from outside the box sends the ball to the bottom right corner oh noooo it is saved by Bordeaux goalkeeper Rame.  Totti provided the assist and guys, I am just waiting for Totti or La Bestia to score!

Come on Roma!

No!  What's going on?? Why Roma defenders are not marking well?  In the 5th minute, Yoann Gourcuff sends an assist to Gouffran who shoots from the center of the box to the bottom right corner and thanks God Roma goalkeeper Doni saves!  Guys, too many spaces for Bordeaux....

In the 24th minute, it is ex Milan midfielder Gourcuff again to be a constant clear and present danger!!! Gee.. you bet Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti must be observing Gourcuff and most likely bring him back to Milan!!!!   Gourcuf gets an assist by Matthieu Chalmé and heads the ball from the right side of hte box.... gee... hey, hey, hey, it is blocked! what a relief... saved by the bell!

What's happening to the Roman gladiators losing control of the match!!!

In the 39th minute, GOURCUFF again!!! Wow, he is certainly having a good performance!  Thanks God Gourcuff misses the target to the right and I am getting nervous already!  Gourcuff seems playing freely without marks!!

In the 41st minute, a handball by Totti!   Come on Roma.. let's be focused...

In the 45th minute Bordeaux is closer to score!   Gee... Marouane Chamakh gets an assist by Yoan Gouffran and is caught offside!  Help, help, somebody help the giallorossi!!!!

I am not liking the match, something must change guys.  The first half ends 38% ball possession for Roma and 62% ball possession for Bordeaux.  Practically, Bordeaux was commanding the match!  Spalletti must talk seriously to the gladiators in the half time and change strategies.

In the 54th minue, Referee Fadel gives a yellow card to Franck Jurietti for a foul on Julio Baptista.  So, it's free kick for the gladiators.. oops, nothing happens...

In the 58th minute, Bordeaux makes a substitution: Youan Goufrran out, Fernando Cavenaghi in.

Gee guys, 30 more minutes and no goals!  In the 60th minute, another danger by Yoann Gourcuff sending an assist to Jurietti who is caught offside!  Oh come on Roma...

wow, wow, what, !!!! Guys, what a run!!! The gladiators in the 61st minute, my favorite guy midfielder Simone Perrotta sends the assist with a cross to Matteo Brighi who was all alone in front of the goal and with a right footed shot from close range blasts Bordeaux goalkeeper to the bottom left corner!  Guys, now we are talking!!!  TV is showing  Luciano Spalletti celebrating and Brighi exploding of joy!!! PO PO PO PO PO
AS ROMA 1 - 0 BORDEAUX

Perrotta and Brighi celebrates the goal!  Well done guys!

Now, we are talking guys!  Forza Roma, let's keep control of the match!!!!  Geee. I am so happy for Brighi!!!!  Party at the Olimpico di Roma!!!

Here is Daniele De Rossi battling  for the Roman gladiators.  Forza De Rossi!!!!

In the 69th minute, Bordeaux makes a second substitution: Wendel out, David Bellion in.
In the 74th minute, Super Totti sends an assist to Jérémy Menez  with a chance to open the score and missed it guys!  Menez heads the ball from the left side of the box and is too high!!!!!
Oh noooo a foul by Julio Baptista guys in the 76th minute on Franck Jurietti and Bordeaux wins a free kick.  Gee.... Jussi sends the assist to Yoann Gourcuff WHO HAS IMPRESSED ME SO MUCH today, and with a right footed shot from outside the box sends the ball to the bottom right corner.. Bravoooo DONI!!! It is saved!!!!

In the 79th minute... GOAAAALLLLLLL guys, jump, shout, dance, do cartwheels, applaud,, SUPER TOTTI scores!!!! What a run guys with Jérémy Menez sending the assist from a fast break and Super ROMAN GLADIATOR TOTTI shooting from the center of the box with all his heart to the bottom left corner and I JUMPED FROM MY SEAT!!!!  All Roma fans at the Olimpico jumped toooo, it's a Totti goal!!!
AS Roma 2 - 0 Bordeaux

So much joy, the heavens are smiling at the Roman Gladiators... there is hope guys, Roma is winning!!!!

Bravo Super Totti!!!!  Grande la Roma, Grande L'Italia!

In the 80th minute, Roma makes a substitution. Jérémy Menez out, Cicinho in.  Hey, guys, allow me to join Roma fans at the Olimpico giving a standing ovation to Menez!  Wow. Great performance!!!

This is the Roma I like, the warriors, not giving up but showing they rock!

In the 88th minute, Roma coach Luciano Spalletti makes a second substitution.  Francesco Totti out, Mirko Vucinic in.  Imagine the standing ovation for Totti!  The Roman gladiator did his job and commanded the gladiators to victory conquering Bordeaux.  Well done Totti!

Twelve omre minutes guys and Roma can continue the party!

In the 89th minute, Mirko Vucinic showing his drive and will to be a protagonist but is caught offside after an assist by John Arne Riise.  Oh well, good try Vucinic!!! Forza...

Hey, last substitution for Roma. Simone Perrotta out, David Pizarro in.  Another ovation for Perrotta!!!!  Well done Perrotta. Boy, guys, I love all the Roman gladiators and Perrotta being one of my favorites along with Captain Totti and Daniele De Rossi.

That's it guys.... Roma beat Bordeaux!!!!  This victory sees Roma as top leader of Group A with 12 points!!!

Rejoice Roma fans!!!!!
