Happy Thanksgiving Day  with all my heart to each one of my Readers including the ones not commenting often but keeping in touch through emails. I want to especially thank commentators Pietro the Milanista, Mark the Interista, Vito, Smokey66, Milan99, Nina, Monica08, Manuelwc06, Nigel, Jina, Suri, Vincenzo, George Maccarone, Ridha who keep the blog Italian Soccer Serie A alive with their comments. Thanks guys for considering my blog as part of your life and be sure I appreciate each one of you. This is the "Upside down Pineapple cake with caramel I made for dessert. You can have a piece guys. I usually make it without "caramel" but I saw Chef Emeril Lagasse doing this version and I LOVE IT. No diets today.....  I will be posting the PREVIEW until late tonight. I am cooking my Turkey and barely have time to update the blog today. Just put the 25 pound turkey in the oven at 10 a.m...... I will be covering Milan and Sampdoria matches in the UEFA Cup, then.... signing off to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. |
