Let's cheer for our Milan!!!  AC Milan needs only 1 point to secure passing to the next round. Yet, the objective guys is to win this match convincingly.  Wave your Milan flags and hope for Super Pippo Inzaghi to score to help Milan win and break his record of 64 goals tie now with Real Madrid striker Raul.  Forza Pippo...

By the way, I want to wish all of you a "Happy Thanksgiving Day"

Here is the starting eleven formation for Portsmouth by Coach Adams:

PORTSMOUTH (4-4-2): James; Johnson, Kaboul, Distint, Belhadj; Little, Diop, Hughes, Diop; Crouch, Kanu.

Here is the starting eleven formation for AC Milan by Coach Carlo Ancelotti:

MILAN (4-3-1-2): Dida; Antonini, Favalli, Senderos, Zambrotta; Gattuso, Emerson, Flamini; Kakà; Andriy Shevchenko, Filippo Inzaghi.

In the 10th minute, AC Milan forward Andriy Shevchenko had a chance with a free kick from about 30 meters.  Sheva brakes the barrier but the ball did not reach the target when it was deflected.

Amazing, in the 16th minute, a clear and present danger with the tall guy PETER Crouch!!!  Guys, from a free kick Crouch scared me when he shoots thanks God it hit the second post.... AC Milan goalkeeper Dida is awake guys.  Forza Dida....

So far the first half is 0-0.

I am waiting for Inzaghi's goal!

Second half starts and no signs of goals yet. I am upset guys.  Milan must win this match.

No, no, no, and no!  What is this?  In the 62nd minute, an assist by Portsmouth defender Johnson to Kaboul who heads the ball on the second post blasting AC Milan goalkeeper Dida!
Portsmouth 1 - 0 AC Milan

This is embarrassing guys!   Milan not able to score in the first half with Kaka, Inzaghi and Sheva?  Now, in the second half losing by 1 goal.  Something is not clicking with the rossoneri because this is not acceptable.

In the 65th minute, AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti makes his first substitution. Gennaro Gattuso is out, Clarence Seedorf in.

Amazing, it is a living nightmare!  In the 72nd minute, Johnson sends a cross from the right hand side and the nightmare continues when Kanu shoots on the second post blasting AC Milan goalkeeper Dida.
Portsmouth 2 - 0 AC Milan

Guys, I must be dreaming???  Milan losing by 2 goals what is going on with the rossoneri?

In the 74th minute, Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti makes two substitutions. Andriy Shevchenko out, Ronaldinho in.  Clearly, Ancelotti is desperately to see a more offensive performance with fresh energies.  Kaka out, and Alexandre Pato in.

Fifteen more minutes and this is history. It's now or never for Milan.

In the 81st minute, Portsmouth Coach Adams makes his first substitution:
Nwankwo Kanu out, Sean Davis in  The author of the second goal out.

In the 83rd minute, Referee Serge Gumienny grants a free kick for Milan.  A foul by Johnson on Ronaldinho Gaucho!.   In the 84th minute,, wow... really? yes?? GOOOAAALLLLL from a free kick by Ronaldinho with a right footed shot.
Porstmouth 2 - 1 AC Milan

Just ten minutes later and Super Pippo Inzaghi to the rescue!!!!!  In injury time, in the 93rd minute Super Pippo Inzaghi equalizes the score and breaks his record now with 65 goals in European competition ahead of Real Madrid striker Raul.
Porstmouth 2 - 2 AC Milan

Happy Thanksgiving guys, and see you later..... enjoy your day... I will post the PREVIEW of the Italian Serie A Week 14 tonight.... running out of time to finish cooking my "Thanksgiving Turkey.... still in the oven now."
