I wonder why Spalletti waited too long to make necessary changes?? Unbelievable. First substitution in the 61st minute. Second substitution until the 81st minute? Hello, Spalletti should have made the substitutions early. Don't you think?

You might argue it was a lucky goal by Terry. Yet, you cannot deny that Roma should have grasped at least a draw. Like John Terry said after the match, "They worked very hard all night and maybe they deserved something but thankfully we got three points."

What to say about the Roman gladiators?  Did they run out of gas?  Are too many injured players playing?   Where are the subs? What's missing with Roma?  Which strategy can work?  Who are the  key players to help Roma?   Too many questions and not clear answers because Roma is living a dark period.  Hopefully, there will be a sunshine in their next match.

Arrivederci Roma.... an uphill battle to pass to the next round. Yet, Roma can make it if winning at the Olimpico Stadium in the second leg against Chelsea. Just hope this time, Spalletti will make his substitutions earlier.
