A boost for the team with the Roman Gladiator Francesco Totti in the starting line up instead of being  a substitute as many expected.

Here is the starting formation for FC INTER by Coach Jose Mourinho:

Inter: 12 Julio Cesar; 13 Maicon, 2 Cordoba, 26 Chivu, 4 Zanetti; 5 Stankovic, 19 Cambiasso, 20 Muntari; 77 Quaresma, 8 Ibrahimovic, 21 Obinna.

Surprise is that Mourinho preferred Obinna instead of Julio Cruz and Mancini both listed in the subs.

What a surprise... imagine, in the 5th minute Roma had the clear chance to score when John Arne Riise shoots from outside the box to the bottom left and it is saved by Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar. Immediately, the same 5th minute in counterattack, it is INTER to take the lead!!!  Inter defender Ivan Cordoba provides the assist to forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic who shoots from long range on the right to the top center of the goal blasting Roma goalkeeper Doni.

AS ROMA 0 - 1 FC INTER

A cold shower in the Olimpico because Roman players thought it was offside but the referee validated the goal.  It is goal.

No luck for the giallorossi.

Unbelievable!   Inter almost scored the second goal!  In the 22nd minute, midfielder Sulley Muntari provides the assist to Portuguese midfielder Ricardo Quaresma who shoots from outside the box to the top left corner and luckily for the thousand of Roma fans in the Olimpico, Roma goalkeeper Doni saves!
Wow, could you imagine another goal by Inter in the first half. Wow!  Roma better shape up and focus because they risk losing this match and it will be a disaster for them.  Yet, a glorious victory for Inter as they will keep the race in the first position.

In the 35th minute, another chance for Roma to equalize the score.  Roman midfielder Daniele De Rossi provides the assist to Mirko Vucinic who shoots from outside the box to the bottom left corner, mamma mia!  It is saved by Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar!

In the 47th minute, a total shock guys!  Midfielder Sulley Muntari provides the assist to Ibrahimovic who is not lazy to score at all.  Guess, what,... with a left footed shot from the left side of the box IBRACADABRA shoots to the bottom right corner blasting again Roma goalkeeper DONI and freezing the Olimpico in total disbelief!!!
AS ROMA 0 - 2 FC INTER

In the 54th minute, a shocking result, another cold shower!  Dejan Stankovic, former Lazio fan, punishes the Roman gladiators with a right footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner!  Wow, wow, wow!!! What a night for Inter!
AS ROMA 0 - 3 FC INTER

In the 56th minute, the curtain call appears and we might say "partita chiusa."  It is the fourth goal by Nigerian forward Victor Obinna with a left footed shot from outside the box to the top right corner blasting? SUPER BLASTING Roma goalkeeper Obinna and all Roma fans.
AS ROMA 0 - 4 FC INTER

Oh Roma, Roma, Roma.... don't cry because the fans cannot see such misery in the Olimpico!

As expected guys, in the 69th minute when Inter coach Jose Mourinho substituted Quaresma for ex Roma Amantino Mancini, the whole Olimpico whistled Mancini!   A non grata persona in Roma anymore. While same 69th minute, Roma coach Luciano Spalletti substituted Francesco Totti leaving the field among applauses despite his team losing.  Wow!  A clear difference of appreciation.

Unbelievable, guys, but you are reading this report right.  INTER is humiliating the Roman Gladiators in the Olimpico. While Roma fans do not stop to support the team with their chants.  A sad spectacle at the Olimpico for Roma.  A glorious day for Inter conquering Roma!
