Begnning of the match, as always a friendly exchange between captains and the anxiety to know what will happen during the 90 minutes... who will win.

Guys, help me to write this article because I AM SO UPSET ABOUT THE ELIMINATION OF NAPOLI FROM THE UEFA CUP and for the substitution of Ezequiel Lavezzi.

Hello, knock, knock, anybody home?  How could Reja substituted Lavezzi when it was the best thing Napoli had.  I admit Lavezzi was not at his top but believe me in extreme cases, it is the "personal motivation, the inner drive" that can move mountains.  You saw how Benfica's defense had to work hard trying to stop Lavezzi? For exmple, in the 33rd minute when midfielfield Christian Maggio provides the assist from the right. There wa Lavezzi injured or not but in this moment feeling like superman shooting the ball  and making Benfica sweat with his constant running all over the place.

Lavezzi was rightfully upset when Reja substituted him and he made it so obvious. Hey, I was like, hum, hello, knock, knock, excuse me!!!   Napoli already losing and taking away the two columns midfielder Marek Hamsik in the  66th minute for Andrea Russotto. True, Hamsik was not at his best either, but hello come on... He could have created wonders with Lavezzi, they had about 30 more minutes to go.

Then, the shocking substitution in the 72nd minute, Lavezzi out and German Denis in.  I mean, calm down Anna or you are going to have a heart attack.   It is just unbelievable!   The only happy ones were Benfica defenders with the relief of not having to run that much anymore after Lavezzi. I would  have not protested had been Lavezzi not able to continue and asking for the substitution, but when the team was barely managing  with 2 broken legs and you take away one of the broken legs to bring a new leg but not fitting with the old pieces.. it  just could not work... Well, this is what happened with Napoli. ... Sure... in my opinion.

Right now, I am totally upset with Reja.  My goodness sake NAPOLI the least team you expected to be out from the UEFA Cup and now is out!   Napoli waited 14 years for this comeback to ruin the whole thing  just at the entrance of the party... I better stop writing this post because  I can't see clearly  right now, just so  mad  and feeling the pain of every Napoli player and Napoli fans for this disappointment.

The dream of Reja to live the "LUIS ARAGONES" dream of winning the UEFA Cup ends here......
