Here is an interview of FC Inter Coach Jose Mourinho after winning the  UEFA Champions League Group Stage B Panathinaikos 0 - 2 FC Inter

Mourinho says that the team won because they show personality.  What I like of the interview was when Mourinho was asked why he embraced Ibrahimovic and how was the report with Adriano.  Bottom line, Mourinho said that Ibrahimovic and Adriano are players adapting to the needs of the team and cooperating.  "Ibrahimovic did well. That pass of his was very intelligent and I really appreciate it when a player like him puts himself at the service of the team," said Mourinho.

You bet Mourinho is a happy man right now. A successful debut with Inter in the Champions League.

 "I'm pleased with the result and the three points. For a Champions League match, we played well. It's harder to win away from home in this competition and the team had the personality to impose its game and win. We came here and we managed to win. We suffered a bit in the second half but I think we deserved the victory."

On Adriano and his entrance in the 82nd minute, Mourinho said, "I spoke to Adriano before he came on. I wanted him to play between the central players and he made an incredible movement to score."

The journalist also asked Mourinho how he convinced top players like Ibrahimovic, Figo, and Quaresma to adapt to the team's needs. Simply, Mourinho said that he talks to them and explain the plan. 

Well, just like Mourinho declared,"I think the team is changing gradually, because it's not easy to change a team's mentality in such a short while, and because it's a team that had lost its opening match in the last two editions of the Champions League."

I agree with Mourinho that so far Ibrahimovic is  responding to his plan.  I am even happier for finally seeing that Adriano is following a specific plan with the team.  Well done!   Italian Soccer Serie A congratulates FC Inter for this victory because they represent our Italian Serie A in the Champions League along with the other 3 Serie A clubs competing this year: FC Juventus, AS Roma, and Fiorentina.

Also, it surprised me to know that Mourinho was not expecting Roma to lose the match against CLUJ because they were stronger.
