Anna Italia Opinion -

What a chaotic day yesterday and so many pending transfers... though not everybody had a happy ending.

For example, Napoli player Maurizio Domizzi  not happy with the way Napoli dealt his transfer to Udinese in co-ownership.  Domizzi

Domizzi declared in Radio Marte that his experience in Napoli was not as he expected and had bad memories

NILMAR from International Porto Alegre could not complete his transfer to Palermo and Porto Alegre will have to pay an imdemnimization to Nilmar around 5,8 millions euro.  Palermo had offerred him 15 million euros but the transfer did not go through.

Reggina defender Salvatore Aronica completed his transfer to Napoli with a contract until 2012.

De Zerbi  went on loan to Avellino.

DIEGO MILITO transfer to Genoa where he played from January 2004 to June 2005 scoring 33 goals in 59 appearances helping the team return to the Serie A.

Milito  coming "on loan" from Real Saragoza and 4 million euros with the right to buy back the contract for the clause of 8 million euros. Milito refused to join Tottenham because he wanted to return to Genoa.  Well, this is a happy ending.

Palermo Brazilian forward Tulio De Melo left Palermo and joined Lille.

Palermo Midfielder Bosko Jankovic completed transfer to Genoa.  Hey, this transfer hit me... Jankovic was one of the best players in Palermo..and suddenly he is no more with the Sicilianiiiiiiiii!!!

My goodness sake Cosmin MOTI who was so much wanted for Lazio ended  up playing in Siena!  This really surprised me.

THE ONLY ONES able to continue with transfers are those player without a contract like RONALDO, ALVARO RECOBA, CESAR....

FC JUVENTUS

Headline says, " Del Piero responds to Ranieri "Juventus is for the Scudetto" In Florence gread match and a mistake at the end cannot erase the performance of the squad.

Anna Italia Opinion - Hey, wow!  Juventus captain Alessandro Del Piero respond to Ranieri's comment that the players feel they are a great team and ready to fight for the Scudetto.  I totally agree with Del Piero because Juventus seems the strongest and more consistent of all 20 Serie A clubs up to now.... Sure, Juventus could have won the match in Florence but del Piero admits that Fiorentina scored and for them is good but not for Juventus.

Point is that Del Piero feels that Juventus is back and ready to be a protagonist in the Italian Serie A and the Champions League. Hey, Del Piero is not wrong about his declaration because Juve right now has the best offense  of the Serie A.  Let's not forget that Del Piero and David Trezeguet were the top two scorers of the Season.

Even Saint Goalkeeper Gigi Buffon says that Juventus will do better in the Champions League and believe strongly in the squad like Del Piero. Wow, guys, these are energized....

FC INTER Transfer Market

Finally the transfer of Porto midfielder Ricardo Quaresma is a reality.  Quaresma was officially presented and even included in the Official list for the 2008-2009 Champions League. Problem is that for Quaresma everything is party and optimism, but for Argentinian forward Hernan Crespo the chaos just initiated.

Can you believe that Inter coach Jose Mourinho did not include Crespo in the official list for the Champions League? Wow... making the situation more tense is that Mourinho preferred to include Adriano who is still injured and not Crespo.

The situation gets even hotter as the transfer market already closed and Crespo have to stay in Inter... most likely warming up the benches..... wow, so many internal problems because the arrivial of Quaresma will take less playing time either to Luis Figo or Amantino Mancini.....

AS ROMA - NAPOLI

The article is about the protest of Napoli coach against the ultras ... Napoli fans that caused too much damage in Rome and call them DELINQUENT. Thumbs up to Reja because people who damage intentionally a property is not a fan but delinquent.

On a separate note, AS Roma coach Luciano Spalletti changing the face of Roma with the return of Taddei and Totti.

Which news surprised you and why?  Were you expecting other news in the front page, which one?
