Covering the 2008 Summer Olympics Game in Beijing  from an Italian Perspective

Italian Soccer Seriea A Congratulates our 2 AC Milan forwards Alexandre Patro and Ronaldinho for the victory of their country Brazil qualifying to the Quarterfinals in the Olympic Football Tournament Beijing 2008

                    China  0 -  3  Brazil

                                                                                   18' Diego
                                                                                   70' Thiago Neves
                                                                                   73' Thiago Neves

I am so proud of our Rossoneri Alexandre Pato and Ronaldinho!  Brazil started the Olympic Tournament slow but they have improved big time in every match especially our RONALDINHO, who by the way, is also Brazil's Captain. Brazil had a well-deserved 3-0 victory over China PR in Qinhuangdao.   Brazil will play now in GROUP E on Saturday, August 16 against Cameroon. Pato played 45 minutes while Ronaldinho played the entire 90 minutes.

So, guys, it is time for our "Cheer leading dance" for Pato and Ronaldinho!!! Come on, join me and stand up...

GO PATO, GO RONALDINHO, GO PATO, GO RONALDINHO

Almost every media reports that it's all about Ronaldinho show and how he is coming back in shape.  Brazil finished top of Group C with 9 points winning all 3 matches.

I totally agree and think Ronaldinho is finding his inner motivation to give his best for his country.  As a milanista it makes me happy to see Dinho doing all his dribblings, touches, magic, and creating assists to score, plus leading his team with his trademark smile.

Brazil National Olympic Coach Carlos Dunga surely must be happy with his players.

Click the video to watch the first goal  by Diego in the 18th minute. A great work of art between Ronaldinho and Diego blasting China Goalkeeper
Liu Zhenli.

                Samba party was beginning....

Second goal by Thiago Neves in the 70th minute.

Samba Party  was to the maximum when just after three minutes of the second goal... there you go... the third goal by Thiago Neves in the 73rd minute.

Point is that Brazil is becoming stronger and is one of the favorites to win the Gold Medal, as well as Italy and Argentina.

Diego is my favorite player in the Brazil team so I'm very happy for him. Where is Pato? He needed to score this time.

Good for Thiago Neves from Fluminense scoring twice. The 2nd goal was a well-taken free kick.

No complaints from Ronaldinho. He is definitely giving heart and soul and leaving it all on the soccer field. Bravo!!!!
