ItaliaCovering the 2008 Summer Olympics Game in Beijing from an Italian Perspective
Italian Soccer Seriea A Proudly Congratulate and Wave the Milan Flag for our 2
Italian Serie A Players, AC Milan strikers Pato for scoring a goal and Ronaldinho for making the assist to his Milan buddy Pato and for being the Captain of the Brazilian National Olympic Team. Since I am covering the 2008 Summer Olympics from an Italian perspective, I am super happy to see Pato and Ronaldinho doing so well with their national team because they are promoting our Italian Serie A with their performance. This merits the "cheerleading dance" Go Pato, Go Dinho, Go Pato, Go Dinho!!!
Click the video to watch the highlights of the match and the goals of Pato and Thiago NevesPato opened the score in the 6th minute after a pass from Ronaldinho Gaucho!
Imagine the 40,000 crowd going wild to see Pato, even
I am so happy for Pato because he is getting practice scoring in these friendlies.
Pato's goal as he declared is that he "like to score a goal per match and become the top scorer of the Olympics with 6 goals." Gee... this will be tough because I also want Italian striker Robert Acquafresca to be the top scorer.
Pato almost score a second goal in the 46th minute but Vietnam goalkeeper Fabio Dos Santos, born in Brazil but naturalized Vietnamese, stop the ball.In the 81st minute, Brazil delighted the fans scoring a second goal by Thiago Neves.
Ronaldinho played the entire 90 minutes while Pato played 71 minutes.
After the match, Ronaldinho declared, "Tonight the Vietnamese team played a very good game. The weather tonight was nice and I liked this match very much."
Well done guys!!!!
