Reactions from Inter Coach Jose Mourinho After Losing Both Matches in the TIM Trophy Tournament

Here are the declarations of Inter Coach Jose Mourinho after his bad debut in the TIM Trophy Tournament where Inter lost both matches.

           Tuesday, July 29, 2008
               Winner AC Milan
 
 Match 1: Juventus 4 - 6 AC Milan
 Match 2: Juventus 1 - 0 Inter;
 Match 3: AC Milan  4 - 3 Inter 

TURIN - "Thanks god, tonight's two games were only friendly. The important games will start in one month.

We lost Materazzi for injury but hopefully we will be ready for the first official match. Now we will play other friendly games against important teams, it will not be easy to line-up a solid defense. Mei or Cambiasso will form the central defense with Burdisso. We have to valuate the situation with the medical staff." 


Mourinho seemed worried about the defence but he also talked about other players:

"Materazzi? It must be a muscular problem. We will analyze the situation in the next days. Adriano? He only played 45 minutes nevertheless I am not happy about his performance. He looked confident with the ball and with his position without the ball.

Muntari? He was a bit tired. He had already work a lot with his former team. However, he has been useful to the team and he also showed some good finishes. He's a player that can adapt very well to our team."

    It sounds like he underestimates the TIM trophy a little too much. He just got to the Serie A. He could have at least tried to win one
