Tim Trophy Tournament "FC Inter, AC Milan, and FC Juventus" on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at the Olimpico Stadium "Who will win?"

By Anna Italia

Are you ready to know who will rule in the Serie A this Season?

The day has arrived! Today, we will have A PREVIEW of the three eternal rivals FC Inter, AC Milan and FC Juventus when they play the TIM Trophy Tournament at the Olimpico Stadium in Turin. This will be the eighth edition of the Pre-Season Tournament.  Inter has won 5, AC Milan 2, and Juventus none.

In one day all 3 teams will battle to win this trophy. Wow... it will be awesome! Spectacular!  Not to miss!

Here is the TIM Tournament Schedule: - Regular TV will not broadcast the Tournament in USA. In Italy, you will see it in Media 5.

Match 1: AC Milan-Juventus;  11:30 am USA Pacific time
 Match 2
: Loser match 1-Inter; 12:30 p.m. USA Pacific time
 Match 3
: Winner match 1-Inter   1:30 p.m. USA Pacific time

How does it work?  Well, there will be 3 matches of 45 minutes each, in case they get a draw they will go to PENALTY SHOOT OUTS.  The team who win in the regular 45 minutes will get 3 point, the team who win in penalties will get only 2 points, the team losing the penalties still get 1 point.  So, you better start adding because the team with more points will get the Tim Trophy Tournament.

Juventus Captain Alessandro Del PIero   ready to host AC Milan and FC Inter at Juventus Olimpico Stadium.

Imagine with all the declarations from each team wanting to win the Scudetto, it will be interesting to see how they do in this tournament.

We will see the "Special One Jose Mourinho" presenting the "New Inter" and Juventus Coach Claudio Ranieri presenting "his team of quality players and 4 top strikers" while AC Milan Coach Carlo Ancelotti is struggling with last minute injuries from strikers Marco Borriello and Filippo Inzaghi while Pato and Ronaldinho are with the Brazilian National Olympic Team for the 2008 Summer Olympics Games in Beijing, "depends on Seedorf and young Paloschi."

Judging from the results of the last matches and injured players make your own conclusions:

Milan       -  Cremonese 0 - 0 AC Milan  (4 strikers out: 2 injured Pippo and Borriello,
                                                        2 with Brazil Pato/Ronaldinho)
Juventus  -  Borussia Dortmund 1 - 3 Juventus (4 strikers fit)
Inter       -  FC Inter 2 - 0 Bari  (1 striker out still injured Ibrahimovic)

Wow, guys, don't miss this Tim Trophy Tournament and mark it on your calendar now.
I will certainly be covering the tournament.

A big upset with Milan. Don't like this beginning and attitude either. Hope they realize that the Ronaldinhomania got to stop and win matches with all players not just relying on 2 players.

Tim trophy as of today is Juve taking the lead if we have to give points

Inter are the ones that ARE CONFUSED!!!!! but definitely they'll be GREAT OPPONENTS like always

The moment of truth for Milan, Juve, and Inter.

On paper "based on latest results" and fit strikers, Juventus has the lead, while Inter still don't recover Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Milan? they must be praying for a super power to save them when 4 strikers are practically out either for injuries or for the Olympics.

    What are your predictions guys?

of course there´s no tv station in austria that broadcasts it (not even RAI, which we have!), but i thought maybe live-stream?
are you going to watch it?

then I can think objectively again. Because if I thinnk objectively right now I will say Juventus is the one with the more chances but I want my Milan to win.... too bad Saint goalkeeper Buffon and Del PIEROOOOOOOOO will be playing tooo...

I hope Ranieri doesn't start with Del PIero so I have my heart complete at least in the first half LOL

Then I can start crying when seeing Del Piero and Milan battling against each other ... though
