Olympic Games in Peking are only less month away from now, followed by Paraolympic Games in September, and my thought is going to all my friends, colleagues and Italian athletes who will participate in this event.
Best wishes to Antonio Rossi, the Head of our Olympic Team, to Federica Pellegrini, Loris Facci, Luca Marin, Tania Cagnotto, Stefano Baldini, Giovanna Trillini, Diego Confalonieri and Margherita Grambassi.
Not to forget Fabrizio Macchi e Roberto La Barbera, athletes and personalities who have great will and fighting spirit to compete in Paraolimpyc Games; Gigi Casiraghi, all Italian National football Team and my team-mates Paolo De Ceglie, Claudio Marchisio and Sebastian Giovinco.
I wish to honour our country, to win and to communicate the values of sport to people.
I still remember the emotions of winter Olympic Games 2006 in Turin, the pride of carrying the olympic flame and the satisfaction of seeing the Italians having won 11 olympic medals after two enthusiastic week.
Good luck, guys! Have a nice journey and let the dreams come true!

How thoughtful of him to think of his fellow athletes who will be carrying the ever so beautiful Italian flag and trying to fly it high by winning.
My favorite part which by now should come as no surprise to you guys is how he encourages the Olympic National team and specially his team mates in Juve. Shows Alex is paying close attention to the future of Juve. I also wish Paolo De Ceglie, Claudio Marchisio, Sebastian Giovinco, and all the Azzurrini players whom I absolutely adore all the best. Nina, I think Del Piero is one of the few players who unite fans from different teams for his professionalism and commitment to Italy.
The Gold Medal will be for Del Piero, agree.

I am from Rep of Kosovo and I am really a big fan of italy football and of course my favorite team is JUVENTUS I have been a bianconeri since I was 10 years old and so after juventus ,italy national team is the second favorite team.And I really will like italy u-21 to meet against england u-21 and italy to show england that is football because italy has the best talented players in u-21 .may god bless del piero and italy football.

I respect Del Piero Greatly he deserve all the best and he have always proved himself true,loyal and honest Footballer and he deserve to be the Captain of Juve! I'll join Del Piero and hope these athletes represent Italia well!!!
