Covering the 2008 Summer Olympics Game in Beijing from an Italian Perspective
I can't wait for the 2008 Summer Olympics Games in Beijing to start and cheer for our Azzurrini. I feel so energized following up their training progress and the positive energy around the Italian National Olympic Team. So, allow me to stand up for a moment and do my "cheerleading dance" for the Azzurrini. By the way, feel free to do the "cheerleading dance too!"

... ok, I am back... Well, after Coach Pierluigi Casiraghi allowed 2 days off to the Italian National Olympic Team, today it was business again. Double training session in Coverciano to prepare the road towards winning the Olympic Gold Medal.
Monday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 15, 2008
h. 10,30 Morning Training Session Olympic National team
h. 13,15 Press Conference
h. 17,30 Afternoon training session Olympic National Team (closed to the media)
The team will remain in Coverciano until Thursday afternoon when they will play a friendly match against Borgo in Buggiano. After the match, the Italian National Olympic Team will have 2 days off Friday, July 18 and Saturday, July 19, 2008. The raduno / gathering again will be on Sunday, July 20 until Tuesday, July 22, 2008.

"The experience of the Europei, a year ago, was an improvised situation because the injury of goalkeeper Curci allowed me to be the first goalkeeper.
