Juventus Bougth the Ownership of Midfielder Sebastian Giovinco from Empoli and belongs 100% to La Vecchia Signora!
By Anna ItaliaDefinitely, Juventus made the right decision by bringing back Empoli midfielder Sebastian Giovinco because Empoli was relegated to the Serie B and the talent shown by Giovinco during this season had to be maximize in the Serie A.
Giovinco was raised in the Youth Team of Juventus. This is one of the best Serie A Transfer market regarding young Italian promises. The deal was closed on Thursday, June 26, 2008.
Sebastian Giovinco is again 100% a Juventus player. How it happened? Well, Giovinco joined Empoli for one-season loan and Juventus exercised the option they had to buy back the whole
ownership of Giovinco, and Empoli had no other choice than said good bye to the player that gave Empoli so much satisfaction. Giovinco won the Toulone Tournament with the Azzurrini Italy Under-21 against Chile on May 29, 2008. Italy passed to the final precisely thanks to the winning goal of Giovinco in the Semifinals against Japan.
I wonder whether Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri will make him play or warm up the bench. It will be a big mistake by Ranieri is not allowing Giovinco reach his maximum potential because he is part of the future of the Italian National Team. No doubt about it. Come on, Forza Giovinco! What do you think?

Anna,I agree with you. It would be criminal if this kid is brought back to warm the bench. Anyone who watched the Toulon tournament will tell you that the kid is by far the best overall young Italian player.
As you guys have noticed by now, I'm obsessed with Italy's under 21 and happy to see Giovinco with Juve, Osvaldo with la Viola,Abate with Milan, and Nocerino with Palermo. Let's just hope they all get enough playing time.
There is also news of Luca Cigarini of Parma joining some big club next season, I hope and pray that it is true because in Luca we have the future best midfielder in all of Italy and I'm not exaggerating. I’m so excited about next season already, and optimistic of the future of our Italia.

Agree 100% on Giovinco being the current top younger promise. Cigarini so far has convinced me but to consider him as the best future midfielder, still has to learn. Osvaldo, yes, he has that inner motivation to prove himself everytime and being at the right moment when the team needs him.
LOL... no kidding, you obsessed with the Under 21... really? LOL... why don't you send me a post on the U21? That will be a good idea and you can tell all your passion for the Under 21...

Anna, I'm obsessed with them because they give me hope for the future when I watch them play; they are bunch of talented kids.I'm sure we all got worried after we have seen the recent performances of our senior team, so it is comforting to know that the future of our beloved Italia is in good hands.
About Cigarini, you are right, he has to learn and develop, but he has the talent. Clubs like Chelsea, Villareal, Atletico Madrid are all fighting over this kid, but I hope he stays in Italy and signs with one of our top teams.
Anna, I will be more than glad to send you a post about the Azzurrini. Thank you for suggesting that.
