Well, I knew he predicted Spain's victory. Yet, I was waiting for the Rebirth of Italy but that never happened. So, just reading how he lived the EURO Quarterfinals SPAIN - ITALY had an impact on me.Nadal was so happy for Spain's victory as I was so sad for Italy's defeat.
Nadal said that he watched the match at the house he rented in Wimbledon because he is participating in the Wimbledon tennis tournament and hopefully he will defeat Roger Federer.
Just picture the whole scenario, among Nadal's friends watching the match were Uncle Toni, Rafa Maymo, Feliciano Lopez and his girlfriend, Albert Costa, Richy Sanchez, the coach of Jankovic, Toni Estalella and Gabriel Urpi, coach of Penetta.
According to Nadal, Feliciano Lopez, who is a close friend with Spain and Real Madrid players Sergio Ramos and Iker Casillas, was so nervous criticizing the match with the exception of his buddies.
"We broke this June 22nd thing and we won in penalties! I can say I was not nervous before the match and you might think that's normal, but everybody around was nervous. I wasn't because I had a lot of faith on our team, but as the match started and the minutes passed I was starting to get nervous," said Nadal.
It's so funny to know how Nadal, my fitness role model, lived this crucial match which for me and all Italian fans was a total agony.
Anyway, in good sportsmanship. Congrats Nadal for Spain's victory though it is my personal pain too. Just do me a favor, will you? WIN WIMBLEDON!!!!!!!.... I am watching you right now playing against Beck.

It seems we are Nadal fans too? I like him and I want him to beat Federer in Wimbledon. But like you Milan99, it hurts me to see all his happiness for Spain's victory but like Anna mentioned, it's ok. Good sportsmanship and is fair for him. Other times he support our Azzurri too. Thanks for posting this about Nadal Anna, always good to learn about other famous celebrities and soccer.
