No transfer market for Atalanta Captain Cristiano Doni!

If Atalanta has a symbol, it is certainly Captain Cristiano Doni!

Atalanta fans can be happy to know that DONI is not transferring anywhere!  On the contrary, Atalanta Official website announced the extension of Doni's contract until June 2010.

Wow, this news really makes me happy because not only Doni is staying with Atalanta but he also reaffirmed that he wants to finish his career playing in Atalanta!  Thumbs up Doni!

"I have a very strong bond with Atalanta, with the city of Bergamo where I have lived for a long time and with the Nerazzurri fans.  Therefore, I am happy to have prolonged my contract by another year. It is a great sign of respect from the club.”

Don't you like the pose of DONI as saying, "Are you talking to me? I am staying here with Atalanta."



Should Cristiano Doni have transferred to another team, yes, no, and why?
