I am about to open my bottle of wine to celebrate not only Roma's victory but also the victories of Milan and Juventus!!!

Just at the beginning of the match, in the 2nd minute, there he was, great  Roma midfielder Simone Perrotta getting an assist from Captain Francesco Totti.  Perrotta with a right footed shot from the right side of the box shoots to the very bottom left corner where Napoli goalkeeper Matteo Gianello could not stop the ball.  What a cold bucket of ice for Napoli  fans at the San Paolo stadium and hello Sunshine for ROMA!!!!
Napoli 0 - 1 AS Roma

Immediately, Napoli reacts hurt in their pride.  In the 5th minute, Paolo Cannavro missed a chance to open the score when his left footed shor misses the target!  But, wait, then, it was Argentinian striker Ezequiel Lavezzi finding his left footed shot from the center of the box blocked!  Wow, it was just awesome! 

Adding suspense to this match worth of a script for DE LAURENTIS, in the 49th minute, Referee Massimiliano Saccani grants a penalty to Roma after Napoli midfielder Daniele Mannini commits a foul on Roma defender Cicinho in the penalty area getting a yellow card.  

                                

Here was the moment of truth for ROMA's BEST SYMBOL Captain Francesco Totti taking the spot of the dreaded penalty for a moment of glory or a moment of sadness.  Get set, ready, shoot.....

                        


Yes! You got it guys! It was a moment of glory for Captain Totti converting this penalty with a right footed shot right to the center of the net blasting an already devatated Napoli goalkeeper Gianello!
Napoli 0 - 2 AS ROMA

In the 87th minute, Roma Coach Luciano Spalletti makes his second substitution.  Francesco Totti out, Matteo Brighi in.

Three minutes later, just when the victory was granted, Roma coach makes his third substitution. Philippe Mexes out, Gabriel Antunes in.

Awesome my friends!  Roma keep the race for the Scudetto alive.  Difference with Inter is 6 points. Francesco Totti now has 13 goals only 3 goals away from the top scorers Genoa striker Marco Borriello and Juventus striker David Trezeguet.

Despite efforts from Napoli strikers Ezequiel Lavezzi and Marcelo Zalayeta Napoli could not even score the "honor goal."  This time the magic of Zalayeta who scored the winning goal against Inter did not work to stop Roma.
 Lavezzi and Zalayeta created many danger for Roma's defense but the gladiators did not back down and went for all glory!  Well done Roma!
