Coppa Italia TIM CUP - Italy Tim Cup RESULT - Reggina 1 - 4 FC Inter "As expected, Inter continues winning with a great debut from Inter Youth Team Forward Mario Balotelli"

By Anna Italia

Incredible, INTER not only win with the "second bench,"
but also with players from the "youth team."

Should I even bother to write about this result?  I think -ormai - we are all used to read "INTER WON," "INTER WINNING," "Inter beat so and so team." What most would like to read is "Inter lost," right?

Inter Coach Roberto Mancini opted for my favorite formation, the 4-4-2  delivering a victory.

The great surprise and worth mentioning is the superb performance from forward Mario Balotelli, (photo) the young forward from the primavera (the youth team) called by Inter Coach Roberto Mancini.  By now, Inter fans are learning from this young forward born in Palermo on August 12, 1990.

It means Inter is definitely proving UNSTOPPABLE!  Forget about the first team, or the second team. It is just scary to think that INTER has even a third team ready to keep the lead as it happened today with the debut of Youth Primavera Fatic and Mario Balotelli.

Inter opened the score in the 14th minute with Argentinian forward HERNAN CRESPO' heading to the net after a right wing corner from Solari. Reggina 0 - 1 FC Inter.

The great moment for the young debutant Mario Balotelli came in the 30th minute. Balotelli scored after a great combo between Solari and Walter Samuel. Reggina 0 - 2 FC Inter.

Reggina scored in the 51st minute with Pettinari. Well, at least a ray of hope for Reggina. Inter goalkeeper Orlandoni made a terrible mistake when missing to clear a long range shot from Reggina midfielder Montiel. Reggina 1 - 2 FC Inter.

Though the "ray of hope" disappeared in the 62nd minute when Midfielder Santiago Solari scored after Nicola Burdisso cross. Reggina 1 - 3 FC Inter.

Just when Inter thought the match was over, there he comes again. Who? The Young debutant Mario Balotelli blasting Reggina goalkeeper Novakovic!  Reggina 1 - 4 FC Inter.

Simply put, Inter keeps flying up, up, up, and away !!!!  Congratulations to Mario Balotelli and to HERNAN CRESPO for scoring again.

After the match, Crespo said, "The most important thing is that Inter played a good game. It was an important chance for lots of the youngsters to play tonight, like Mario Balotelli who did really well and scored two goals. Everyone did well. The Tim Cup is very important for the squad, and having reached three consecutive finals is proof of this. It's a chance for those who play less to show themselves and gain match fitness."

You are right what i would love to read is that somebody either beat Inter or that there was a draw. I hope Milan stop them this Sunday for the derby or i will be really disappointing.

Inter gained a lot from this game, gained a team of youth more than gaining points. Now Inter have a good chance of beating Milan in the derby, but let me tell you Anna that you would write the word INTER LOST soon when they play against Milan in the great derby of Milan vs Inter All should pray to see Milan beat Inter and get a revenge for last year lost.

Totally Suri, I a huge fan of Hernan Crespo, and I have faith in him I hope he does show a great player that he is, last season was way better than this season for Crespo, but its not late he still have a chance if only Mancini would believe in him more and we all know Crespo ain't 100% yet But I have hopes and hopefully he does play well this season and be among the top scorers

This is a vid of some highlights of last season for Crespo!

Pietro, honestly I think Berlusconi is stupid not to sign Crespo with Milan, Crespo would be better at Milan than at Inter, cause with Milan he have a better chance to play sense Milan needs ST while Inter have too many.

Anna, Berlusconi knocked his head from the start of last season when Crespo showed he's great, so now its too late for him unless he's taking Crespo n January Transfer which I don't think so because Milan is asked too many times to bring young players
