Milan99 it would be a dream come true also for RONALDO, if he scores.

Milan's formation, well, Inzaghi is not among the called up players. So, that makes a difference.

    Here is my suggested formation:

    Goalkeeper: DIDA
Defenders: Alessandro Nesta, Paolo Maldini, Kakha Kaladeze, and Daniele Bonera
Midfielders: Gennaro Gattuso, Andrea Pirlo, Massimo Ambrosini, and Kaka.
    Forwards: Alberto Gilardino and Ronaldo.

Definitely, NOT ODDO, until he fully recovers. He has made many mistakes not only with Milan, but with the Nazionale too. Yes, I can agree on Dario Simic... still, Bonera seems more fresh and motivated enough.

ok on paper Milan wins. I could bet my house on it. How easy they win and the goal difference is what I want to know. They came from drawing against Leixoes, away. Camacho the coach still does not have a fixed starting 11 in the league. I say leave Nuno Gomes on the bench, sort of a dejavu from the 1st leg (come on as a super sub and score) and put on Cardozo or Edu. I'd say the player that AC M ilan needs to "fear" is Quim the goalkeeper. He's having a great season, very confident, and is right now considered by the press the best goalkeeper of the superliga so watch out Milan. As Milan fans who would you rather see pass the group stage Celtic , Shaktar or Benfica? I would imagine everyone but Celtic, so?

I forgot to read the question on the post. ok Benfica better not play with 1 striker up front. Camacho soon realized it wasn't getting results/goals. Cardozo in partnership with another one would be better. Not sure Bergessio is on the list.

Ricardo15 I agree that "on paper" Milan is the favorite. I think the real danger for Milan will be "the motivation that RUI COSTA" might transmit to his teammates.

I am not sure whether Camaco has a defined formation. He seems like still "tasting the waters," without finding the ocean.

You are right, Benfica's goalkeeper Quim is the one to beat. I hope Ronaldo plays and score. It would be divine!

You got me on your question on which group we prefer to pass: Celtic, Shaktar, or Benfica... I will say for ex Milan Rui,,, Benfica,,, but if not, Shaktar... but never CELTIC!

Not sure what Milan99 think about this.

Oh of course Benfica NEVER CELTIC???

This is the standing for now in all groups, but Benfica doesn't have a chance of making it for if the win they'll have 7 points while Celtic already have 9 so if Celtic lose against Milan (wish will happen) it won't effect them unless they don't score and FC Shakhtar Donetsk beat Benfica by too many goals for Shakhtar have 9 goals against them and Celtic have 5 goals against them too bad most likely Celtic will qualify CONGRATS MILAN!!!

Congrats Milan on qualifying. I can't comment on the game because I did not see any of it. It looks like only three Italian teams will advance.
