After the superb victory of the EURO 2008 Qualifying Scotland 1 - 2 Italy, Italian Head coach Roberto Donadoni said about next year's finals:
It was refreshing to see AS Roma Defender Christain Panucci scoring in the very last 90th minute. It was an unforgettable moment, and I am sure Panucci will never forget it. He was not supposed to be with the Nazionale, yet, Donadoni trusted him and called him. Well, Panucci rewarded Donadoni's trust. Good for Panucci and good for the National team too. Well done guys! You made us so proud!!!

Yes Anna even though the free kick wasn't right but so was the Scottish goal. So actually the game was suppose to be 1-0 for Italy.
