What a shame for AC Milan! There is no other adjective to describe the poor display of the so-called champions of the "UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE" and "2007 UEFA SUPER CUP." Just a total shame, in Italian "vergogna."
Luca Saudati is the man of the day, the one giving EMPOLI an important victory when scoring the only gin the 55th minute.
A total nightmare for Milan and total paradise for Empoli! As a Milan fan I congratulate EMPOLI for playing without fear
and condemn MILAN for not playing as Champions.
Yesterday, Empoli Coach Gigi Cagni said, "We'll need a perfect match. The less errors we make, the more possibilities we have to come out of San Siro with a positive result." Cagni read the match and did his homework to beat the once almighty AC Milan. Talking about bringing a positive result, I would give Empoli players a well deserved award and a day off to enjoy their victory.
Milan MUST start working out hard, seriously, and without "looking for excuses."
Why putting all efforts to the Champions League and not playing seriously in the Italian Serie A? It just does not make sense!

YOU THINK I'M NOT UPSET??? BUT AS I'VE COMMENTED ON PIETRO'S COMMENT, I STILL HAVE THE HOPE AND CONFIDENCE IN MILAN. BUT THE QUESTION IS ON WILL MILAN BE BACK AND WHEN???

Can't believe it. At home- I would at least expect a goal from the home team. Would the other clubs still fear "san siro?" I saw on Domenica Sportiva - on Rai INTernational- the post-match interviews. There weren't any! The players need to face the fans in defeat also. Bravo to maldini who said that the result was disapponting. He spoke up.

I know the result was very bad for Milan fans, but this had to be one of the most hard fought games I have seen this year. Empoli looked like they were fighting for their life, a very scrappy performance. Milan put tons of pressure on Empoli but just could not get the ball in the net despite some great opportunities. It came down to AC Milan being unable to finish their chances, but it was not through the lack of a will to win.
