It is time for the EURO 2008 Qualifying Round.
After the superb comeback of the Italian National team under the leadership of Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale in the match Ukraine 1 - 2 Italy, Italian Head coach Roberto Donadoni faces the responsibility to bring Italy to the top level as the current 2006 World Cup Champion.
These are the 22 players called by Italian Head coach Roberto Donadoni:

Milan99 you are right, points are very close. This is why I said that Donadoni did well by not calling Gilardino or Del Piero because they were not fully recovered and Italy needs consistent strikers. The time for Gilardino will come, first let's hope he continue scoring.
