FC Inter News: Results of 7 Inter Players with their National Teams (Filkor, Chivu, Stankovic, Ibrahimovic, Fatic, and Maaroufi)

Here are the results of 5 Euro 2008 Qualifying Matches  and 1 2009 European U21 Championship qualifiers.where 7 Inter Players represented their respective countries on Saturday, September 8, 2007:


1- Internationals: Hungary 1-0 Bosnia-Herzegovina

SOSTOI - Attila Filkor's Hungary defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-0 in Group C of Euro 2008 qualifying, thanks to a penalty from Gera in the 39th minute. Inter Primavera midfielder Filkor came on a minute from the end.

2 - Internationals: Belarus 1-3 Romania

MINSK - Cristian Chivu captained Romania to a 3-1 victory over Belarus in Group G of Euro 2008 qualifying. Mutu (2) and Dica scored for the Romanians. Romashchenko netted a temporary equaliser for the home side. The Inter defender played from start to finish.

3- Internationals: Serbia 0-0 Finland

BELGRADE - Dejan Stankovic's Serbia drew 0-0 with Finland in Group A of Euro 2008 qualifying. The Inter midfielder played the whole ninety minutes and was named man of the match on the uefa.com website.

4 - Internationals: Sweden 0-0 Denmark

SOLNA - Zlatan Ibrahimovic was named UEFA's man of the match in Sweden's Euro 2008 qualifier against Denmark, which finished 0-0. The Inter forward played 89 minutes of Saturday's Group F clash.

5 - Internationals: Italy 0-0 France

MILAN - Italy and France played out a goalless draw in Saturday's Euro 2008 qualifier at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. Inter midfielder Patrick Vieira played the whole ninety minutes

1- Internationals: defeats for Fatic, Maaroufi

MILAN - Inter Primavera's Ivan Fatic and Ibrahim Maaroufi were on the losing sides in last night's 2009 European U21 Championship qualifiers. Montengero lost 3-0 at home to England while Belgium were edged 1-0 at home by Austria.
