Roma won La Super Coppa Italia defeating INTER, so is ROMA the best team in Serie A?

  Thanks to a Daniele De Rossi's penalty,
  AS Roma lifted Italy's Super Cup
  (La Super Coppa) on Sunday, August 19, 2007  
            with  a 1-0 win
 over Italy Serie A League champions
 Inter Milan.


Does this mean that ROMA will be the best team of the
2007-2008 Italian Soccer Serie A?  or Inter still rules?
